If you placed an order by mistake or need an urgent change after the order is placed we will make our best effort to help! However, we process and ship orders quickly so we can’t guarantee that we can catch the order before it ships out.
Contact us at hello@everythingsmagic.com and we will help to resolve the issue whether it has shipped or not.
Our team works super hard to make sure your ornaments are packed away safe and sound; however, sometimes accidents happen.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 48 hours of receiving the ornament at hello@everythingsmagic.com to alert us of the damage AND provide images of the damages. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
Orders will begin shipping on November 7, 2022. All orders will leave our facility within 2 business days. From that point it can take up to 5-7 days with the US Postal Service.
Expedited services will be quicker, of course!
